This is a range of English wines grown and
produced in our Devon Vineyard.
Quality Sparkling
Brut Traditional method
Varieties: Auxerrois, Pinot Noir early
Alcohol by volume: 12%
Bottle: 75cl
A soft, fruity sparkling wine, rich citrus and apple flavours
with a clear dry finish. Best served well chilled.
Palace Red
Devon Regional Wine
Varieties: Regent, Rondo & Dunkelfelder
Alcohol by volume: 10.5%
Bottle: 75cl
A palatable, light and dry deep red wine with Blackberry overtones.
Long lived in the mouth
Rosé
Variety: Pinot Noir
Alcohol by volume: 11%
Bottle: 75cl
A light dry yet fruity, easy wine, with melon flavours and a
hint of citrus. Floral on the nose, a peach blush to the eye.
Clean and long lived in the mouth.
Bacchus English Quality White Wine
Variety: Bacchus
Alcohol by volume: 11%
Bottle: 75cl
A dry, light and crisp wine with a floral nose. A hint of citrus
with a long lived taste.
Chapel White
Variety: Reichensteiner
Alcohol by volume: 11.5%
Bottle: 75cl
A medium dry yet lightly floral wine. Fruit - driven flavours
that just roll on and on.
Father John Country Wine
Varieties: Regent & Elderberry
Alcohol by volume: 11.5%
Bottle: 75cl
Our Elderberry Country Wine has a rich ruby colour, fruity in
flavour with a warming Elderberry taste.

Our Old Walls; Sparkling Wines are ideal for a special occasion,
or a romantic night in. Red Wines are ideal to add a touch of class
to any meal especially good with red meat dishes or your favourite
cheese. Rose Wines are ideal with pizza, pasta dishes
or just as a light refreshing drink. White Wines are ideal with light meat dishes,
sea food, salads or as an apertif. Suprisingly good with mild
curries and a wow with goats cheese.
We suggest that our Sparkling wine is served
between
6-10°c.
Our Reds and Country wines are best served
decanted at a temprature of 15-18°c.
Serve our Rosé well chilled at 10-12°c.
Old Walls White wine is best served at a
temprature of
11-14°c.
