You can use Old Walls wine in your favourite recipes. If you need a little help why not try one of our own favourites from the ones below.

Pasta with a Cheesy Tomato Sauce
(Serves upto 2 people)
350g of Fresh Pasta (Dry pasta can be used)
1 Kg of Fresh Skinned Plum Tomatoes chopped (tinned tomatoes can be used)
150g Mozzarella cut into cubes
1 Medium Onion finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove crushed
2 Bay Leaves
6 Basil Leaves
Olive Oil
Grated Parmesan to serve Old Walls White or Rosé Wine
Method
Heat a little olive oil in a large saucepan add, onion & garlic, gently cook over a low heat until soft.
Add tomatoes, bay leaves & basil, season well, simmer over a very low heat until sauce thickens (usually takes approx 45 mins) stirring occasionally.
Now start to enjoy a delicious glass of Old Walls White whilst you finish preparing the meal!
Put pasta on to cook as directed for particular pasta you are using.
When tomato sauce is ready stir in mozzarella cubes & simmer gently for 2-3 mins (until mozzarella has just melted )
Spoon tomato sauce over the drained pasta & sprinkle over parmesan
This dish is delicious served with either Italian or French bread
And a glass or two of Old Walls White Or Rosé Wine.
